p.m.Office is a project management consulting company founded in Moscow in 2003 and currently operating in Russia, Israel and New Zealand.
With the focus in property development, construction and engineering, we support our customers in improving their project, programme and portfolio management capabilities, regardless of size and complexity of their business. The most sought after outcomes are improved project selection and prioritisation, portfolio balancing and strategic alignment and more efficient programme and project delivery.
To accomplish this, we either offer our services as outsourced Project Management Office or function; or help establish or improve in-house processes and capabilities.
Our experience with customers having quite different corporate cultures, proves organizations cannot fully benefit from even best-in-class project management processes and systems without building project-focused culture within. Our highly focused and customised training programmes help achieve that and facilitate change in our customers' organisations.

- Establishing PMO; implementing governance process and planning and reporting tools for 400,000 sq. m property development programme in the scope of Sochi 2014 Olympic Programme;
- Establishing PMO and related processes for $10B internal capital projects portfolio for Sberbank of Russia
- Establishing PMO and related processes for one of the top-5 Russian urban residential construction company PIK Group (5M sq. m of residential property annual projects portfolio)
